ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL HOME INSPECTOR
I went into residential plumbing in Chicago in 1986 where I was a member of Plumbers Local #93, #412 & #130. I’ve worked on many residential, commercial and industrial projects. I have experience with plumbing installation, HVAC and boiler installation as well as building custom homes.
When I moved to New Mexico I continued my career as a Plumbing Contractor, Home Inspector and Custom Home Builder.
I moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2019 to continue my Home Inspection business full time to help home buyers with their new home purchase.

WE STRIVE TO BE THE MOST EDUCATED HOME INSPECTOR
This is why it is important to VERIFY your home inspectors credentials and training.
I belong to the nations largest Home Inspection Association InterNACHI. I'm constantly updating my training and keeping in front of the latest home inspection methods and tools. InterNACHI trained inspectors have access to the best training in the industry and are required to participate in 24 hour continued education annually.
We think your home is worth the 200+ hours we've invested in our continued education!
Every Certified Master Inspector goes through a background check.
Can you verify your South Carolina home inspectors current training?
Does he/she think your home is worth his time to invest in more than "minimal" qualifications and pursue additional training as an inspector in these key fields?
Is your home inspector an interNACHI certified Plumbing Inspector, HVAC Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Radon Inspector/Tester, Mold Inspector/Tester and Septic Inspector to name a few?
Does your home inspector have the 30+ years in the field and understand the mechanics of the plumbing and the HVAC system?
Last and not least does you home inspector charge the same amount of money or more for his home inspection?
I pride myself on ensuring that my customers receive the very best home inspection I can provide them. I don't follow the "get it done" in two hours rule. I take my time and will try to find every detail that will make you an informed buyer so that you may make some educated choices when you negotiate your purchase.
The Home Inspection report I will create for you will be available the same day as the inspection, often a few minutes after the inspection is completed.
I will enjoy hearing from you and look forward to giving you the best possible home inspection I can provide.
